Wen-Li Lu, founder of Aligned Through Awareness Physical Therapy, is a Maryland licensed physical therapist, with certifications and training in the field of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, including Feldenkais Method®, Zero Balancing®, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Techniques, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Wen-Li's experience allows her to address aspects of movement beyond the traditional scope of Physical Therapy and integrate newfound awareness in movement to achieve greater recovery and functionality.
